Tasting Notes The whisky was distilled on April 25, 2008, transferred to Montbazillac white sweet wine casks on 10.07.2017, and bottled on 29.03.2021. The bouquet displays notes of dark maple syrup and fragrant espresso, baked apples with cinnamon. The taste is sweetish-grainy, with notes of milk chocolate, honeycomb, spices, nuts. The aftertaste is persistent, with notes of nuts, maple syrup.
